Design: High pressure, 3 pass, flame-smoke tube, cylindrical, Scotch type steam boilers are designed and manufactured in accordance with TS EN 12953, Lloyd rules, TRD, DIN, and EN standards.

Material: The envelope, mirrors, and combustion chamber are made from P265GH in accordance with EN 10028 or boiler tube in accordance with EN 10217.

High Efficiency: The 3 pass design allows the flame and smoke gases generated from good combustion to circulate over sufficient heating surfaces, ensuring maximum heat transfer; the smoke gases are discharged to the chimney without causing low-temperature corrosion. Thus, high boiler efficiency is achieved.

• Responds to sudden steam demands.
• Has a large evaporation surface and steam volume.
• Has a large and undulating combustion chamber.
• Subjected to hydraulic testing at the pressure calculated according to standard after manufacturing.
• Intervention can be made from the front doors of the boiler to the smoke pipes, from the large diameter explosion door at the back to the furnace side, and from the manhole on top of the boiler and at least 2 handholes on the water side.
