Screw Feeder Solid Fuel Burning Steam Boiler

In this system, solid fuel taken from the bunker is burned by feeding it to the furnace from under the grate via a screw feeder.

It burns solid fuels such as coal, wood pieces, wood shavings and dust, sunflower husk, olive pits, cotton waste (double), hazelnut shells, and similar solid fuels, not exceeding a size of 50mm.

The efficiency of steam boilers equipped with this system is at least 75%.

If desired, it can be quickly converted to burn natural gas and liquid fuel.

If desired, these boilers can be manufactured to burn both solid and liquid/gas fuels.

In these systems, which are widely used in industry, processes such as ash removal and the packing of burning fuel must be performed.

For these processes, the furnace door needs to be opened. In this case, the cold air entering the furnace negatively affects the combustion regime.

Additionally, satisfactory results cannot be obtained in burning low melting point coals and dust coals in these systems.

Considering these and similar disadvantages, it is beneficial to prefer Fixed Ladder Grate, Forward

Inclined Ladder Grate, or Pneumatic burning systems in large capacity systems.

Front furnace, screw feeder steam boiler is manufactured up to a capacity of 12 t/h (7,200,000 kcal/h).

Thanks to the special front furnace design, complete combustion is achieved, and the transfer of ash and soot to the boiler is largely prevented.
