Single Head Robotic Box Filling Line; Your products are prepared in empty boxes without manual handling by a Fully Automatic Box Preparation Machine and transferred to the Box Filling Robot. The products coming from the production line are automatically grouped in a formation suitable for box placement.

The products transferred to the Cartesian Robot are held inside the box using vacuum, gripper, or magnetic gripper systems with a custom fixture design specific to your products. These processes are carried out without causing any damage to your products. Optionally, two or more layers of products can be placed inside the box, and separator paper can be added.

After your products are boxed, the Fully Automatic Box Closing and Taping Machine closes and tapes the top lids, completing your production. The main goal is to prepare your factory for the Industry 4.0 revolution with low cost, low energy consumption, very high speed operation, double efficiency, and the ability to produce higher quality products.
