12-16 Boxes / Minute Double-Headed Robot Box Filling Line

The Double-Headed Robot Box Filling Line prepares empty boxes without manual intervention using a Fully Automatic Box Preparation Machine and transfers them to the Box Filling Robot. Products coming from the production line are automatically grouped in a formation suitable for box placement.

Products transferred to the Cartesian Robot are held using vacuum, gripper, or magnetic gripper systems with a custom fixture design specific to your products, allowing simultaneous filling into 2 boxes. These processes are carried out without causing any damage to your products. Optionally, two or more layers of products can be placed inside the box, and separator paper can be added.

After your products are boxed, the Fully Automatic Box Closing and Taping Machine closes and tapes the top lids, completing your production. The main goal is to prepare your factory for the Industry 4.0 revolution with low cost, low energy consumption, very high speed operation, double efficiency, and the ability to produce higher quality products.
