19 Litre Semi-Automatic Bottle Blowing Machine

This is a semi-automatic PET blowing machine designed for the production of 19-liter bottles. Operating with a single cavity design, this model is used as manual preform feeding and is an ideal solution especially for medium-scale production lines.

The machine has a production capacity of 70 to 100 bottles per hour. The bottle sizes it can produce are 300 mm x 400 mm and the heating process is carried out with a total of 16 rows of lamps. Equipped with a powerful motor system, the machine includes:

• 5 kW power mold closing motor

• 1.5 kW oven turning motor
  is available.

The heating capacity of the oven section is 192 kW. The cooling capacity required for an efficient production process is 6000 kcal, and the ideal operating temperature is in the range of 5–10°C.

The total dimensions of the machine (including the oven and blowing unit):
2000 mm height x 2700 mm length x 2000 mm width.
