Proportioner is the equipment that mixes the original raw material and the recycling material coming from the crusher in the desired ratio and feeds it to the injection or extrusion machine. It is a unit that automatically adjusts the mixing ratio of the regrind material coming out of the crushing machine and the new granule raw material.

The operator enters a ratio, for example, 70% original – 30% crushed material.

The proportioner applies this setting precisely and sends a homogeneous mixture to the machine.
