Homogeneous drug mixture

The pharmaceutical mixer, which is offered as standard in models with a tank capacity of 3000 liters, has a tank capacity of 35 liters and is used in the pre-mixing process of the medicine.

In this way, a homogeneous mixture of the chemical drug with water is ensured.

level indicator

In FS series field sprayers, a level indicator is offered as standard in order to monitor the level of the amount of pesticide remaining in the tank from the tractor during spraying.

Connection type to tractor

Mounted type models with 400, 600, 800 and 1000 liter tank capacities are connected to the tractor with a three-point suspension system, and trailed type models with 2000 and 3000 liter tank capacities are connected to the tractor with a hydraulic side arm connection.

The hydraulic side arm connection, which is offered as standard in trailed type field sprayers, offers high maneuverability at the end of the row.

control remote

Control controls in different technologies are used for liquid flow and pressure adjustment in FS series field sprayers.

While a latch type control remote is used in models where the spraying arm is adjusted manually, imported control remotes are offered that provide control of different numbers of sections as the spraying arm type changes.

Liquid flow control in the field sprayer with a tank capacity of 3000 liters is provided electronically by an imported ARAG brand control remote control.

pesticide warehouse

In all models of FS series field sprayers, polyethylene (plastic) spray tank, which has a durable structure and is resistant to sunlight and chemicals, is used.

Hand wash tank is standard on all models.

System washing is used to clean the main tank after finishing the pesticide application, thus greatly increasing the effectiveness of the pesticide.

Filter

Unwanted foreign substances in the medicated liquid are cleaned by using filters of different sizes according to the pump flow rates that vary depending on the tank capacities.

In this way, clogging of the spray nozzles used to spray the medicated liquid onto the plant is minimized.
