Description
Empty carboys are loaded unto viol conveyor with forklift. The bottles on the viol are loaded onto empty bottle conveyor via robot and sent to the filling line in one lane. The full bottles coming out of filling line are grouped into 8 or 12 bottles by viol interval at automatic sorting conveyor. The grouped bottles are loaded onto viols coming to the robot as three or four layers and shipped to forklift receival conveyor.
