Working Method:

Pre-mixed calendar sheets can be adjusted in three modes according to their thickness.

1. If the thickness is less than 4mm: The machine directly punches the document and closes it by attaching the wire.

2. If the thickness is between 4 – 8 mm: In this thickness, a separating knife is activated and separates the document into two blocks. Each block is punched separately and then transferred to the wire attachment section.

3. If the thickness is between 8 – 11 mm: In this case, pre-punched documents are fed manually, and no punching is done in the machine.

  For documents thinner than 4mm: 350 x 500 mm

  For documents thicker than 4 mm: 350 x 300 mm

– Minimum size: 100 x 100 mm

– Maximum punching thickness 8 mm (depends on step measurement, material, and calendar width)

– Standard wire diameters: 1/4” (optional 3/16”, 5/16”, 7/16”, 1/2”, 9/16”)

– Standard step measurement 1/3” (optional 1/4”)

– Speed: varies between 500 – 2,300 pieces/hour (may vary depending on thickness and material quality)

– Calendar suspension, tabbed (piece) wire cutting and attachment can be programmed
