Altuntop stone base layered ovens (matador) are equipped with a specially developed circulation system and bases made of heat-resistant stones.
Thanks to this system, a homogeneous heat distribution is achieved at every point of the layers of the layered oven, resulting in perfect baking results.
There are very powerful steam generators that produce the desired amount of steam for each layer.
These can be opened and closed independently, allowing the steam amount for each layer to be adjusted differently.
This makes it possible to bake different types of cakes and similar products simultaneously.
In Layered Ovens, heat losses are prevented and energy savings are achieved by using insulation materials with high insulation values.
