3000 Units/Hour Cap Feeder Unit

The automatic cap feeding unit, which can be added to the filling line, performs the process in two stages. In the first stage, the caps are transferred from the distributor to the rotating drum. In the second stage, they are passed from the drum to the bottle neck. It has a single-layer horizontal feeding table and a piston that pushes the cap onto the bottle mouth. It is mounted on a stainless steel frame. There is an independent control panel.

It can be used with caps up to 80mm in height and 40mm in diameter.

Maximum operating speed is 3000 units/hour.
