Kartaloğlu Machine The Levent stock machine ensures that full or empty levents are stacked properly within the operation before weaving. This allows for the stacking of multiple levents in tight spaces, thereby expanding the area in the business. The Levent stock machine can be manufactured in different ways according to the factory’s request, such as dog stock machine, fabric stock machine, and levent stock machine.

Levent stock machines can be manufactured as 2, 4, or 6 stories according to the needs of the business and the structure of the building. Again, depending on the business needs, it can be produced as double or single hook for 20, 30, 40, 50, or 60 levents. Levent diameters are designed as 70, 80, 90, 100, and 125. The general working principle of the Levent stock machine is as follows;

Thanks to the PLC on the Levent stock machine, when the desired levent’s hook number is written on the screen and the start button is pressed, the stock machine automatically selects the levent by rotating forward or backward in the shortest way and brings it to the front where the operator is located, stopping automatically. It is easily and safely lowered from the hook with the hydraulic platform at the front. The same operations can also be easily performed for the levent stocking process. The levent hooks move on bearing conical rollers. Specially manufactured heat-treated chains are preferred as the carrying chain. Environmental safety in levent stock machines is ensured by the light barrier on the front, back, and sides.
