SD26 Vertical Foam Cutting Machine
The vertical cutting machine is designed to perform vertical slicing. Stable cuts are made with support plates. Cutting is carried out by static cutting plates, double-sided blade and movable body with movable and support plates.
In case of malfunction, a fast remote connection can be made and fault diagnosis can be made when an internet connection is made to the machine.
In the cutting area, blocks are loaded and unloaded manually.
The movable support plate can be opened 90 degrees automatically. It becomes flat.
Thanks to the double-sided cutting blades, double-sided cutting can be done.
The safety equipment is designed according to category 4 and high-level security measures are offered.
Clear information is given through an audio and visual warning system for starting programs and ending processes and actions.
The two support plates work synchronously with each other.
The quality of foam cutting is always kept high. Cutting knives are sharpened with a sharpening unit.
With more than one recipe sheet, different sizes can be cut in the same cutting program.
It can be made with multi-page recipe cutting. – Vibration is minimized thanks to the supporting blade feature.
