• Wood Type: 1st class Bolongo (Erythophleum-Ivorense) trees, imported from Africa and specially selected and dried for cabinet manufacturing.

• Coupled Gear: Made of 20-25mm steel material.
• Depending on the cabinet size, it can be used in 2600 mm, 2800 mm, or 3000 mm.
• Star: Made of 20-25 mm steel material.
• The hub diameter varies between 200 mm and 260 mm depending on the cabinet size.
• The coupled gear, star, and wedges are connected with a total of 80 rivets.
• Cabinet Bearings: Manufactured from high-quality bronze, suitable for heavy bearing conditions.

• The gears used in the gearbox are made of 8620 alloy steel and are precisely ground and mounted.
• Bearing options in the gearbox are FAG and SKF.
• Pinion Gear: Made from high-frequency bronze.
• All of our cabinets have an air brake system.
• Brake system with disk and counter plate.
• Electrical Panels: Adjusted according to motor capacity and operating conditions.
• The unit operates with forward-backward motion and speed control to achieve the desired rpm.

• The materials used in the electrical panel are of European origin (e.g., ABB, Telemecanique).

• All casting parts are coated with durable paint suitable for leather factory conditions, and the wooden parts are protected with a sealer and polish.
• Delivery time will be determined according to the current conditions (due to the drying of the wood).
• The work will be delivered in a fully operational state.
• Concrete and platform works at the factory location will be handled by the client, while technical project and drawings will be provided by our company.
• All manufacturing-related issues are covered under a 2-year warranty.
• The electric motor and speed control device are guaranteed by the manufacturer.
