Coupling Gear: Made of 20-25mm steel material.

Cabinet Sizes: Used in cabinet sizes of 2600 mm, 2800 mm, 3000 mm.

Star: Made of 20-25 mm steel material.

Hub Diameter: Varies from 200 mm to 260 mm depending on cabinet size.

Coupling gears, stars, and gudgeons are fastened with a total of 80 rivets.

Cabinet Beds: Made of high-quality bronze suitable for heavy bedding conditions.

Roller Bearings: Can also be provided upon request.

Our cabinets are braced with 6 or 8 steel rods of 30 mm diameter each, cross-braced with 12-16 reinforcement blocks (gudgeons).

Cage Arrangement: Preserved with an M20 circle (optional) plastic protector or epoxy paint.

Filling and Emptying Cover: Varies according to cabinet size.

Cover: Sliding and entirely made of stainless steel (CNR-316).

Filters: Our cabinet has filters on both sides; emptying is done with 4 chrome-plated covers of 110 mm diameter.

Baba and Shelf System: Suitable system used for capacity.

Motor: The motor is selected according to cabinet capacity and operating conditions, and controlled by a speed control device to enable free speed adjustment.

Reducer: Specially designed for leather cabinets. Types 2KA 365, 2KA 430, 2KA 480, 2KA 550, and 2KA 750 are heavy-duty types.

Gearbox: Gears made from 8620 alloy steel, assembled with cementation and precision grinding.

Bearing Options: FAG and SKF bearings available.

Beacon Gear: Made of high-frequency bronze.

Pneumatic Brake System: Present in all cabinets, consisting of a disk and counter-plate system.

Electrical Panels: Configured according to motor capacity and operating conditions. It operates with forward and reverse motion and speed control to achieve the desired RPM.

Operation Warning Siren and Lamp: Included.

Electrical Panel Materials: European-made (e.g., ABB, Telemecanique). PLC system also available.

Casting Parts: Coated with durable paint suitable for leather factory conditions; wooden parts are protected and coated with varnish.

Delivery Time: Determined according to current conditions (due to wood drying).

Delivery: The system will be delivered in working condition on-site.

Concrete and Platform Work: Factory site concrete and platform work will be carried out by the buyer. Technical drawings and project will be provided by our company.

Warranty: All manufacturing issues are covered under a 2-year warranty. The electric motor and speed control device are guaranteed by the manufacturer.
