Flashcut Flex 3015S Flat Table Computerized Automatic Cutting Machine

The Flex series offers the revolution of the previous Flashcut architecture and wide distribution. This newly designed machine is equipped with a robust and simple structure, high quality components, electronic art that ensures maximum reliability, high cutting capacity and precision. The balanced carrier art, wide range of configurations and availability of spare parts make this new machine indispensable for cutting various materials. HD models are designed to cut materials such as curved, foam and honeycomb cardboard. Our machines can cut materials up to 130 mm thick, combine cutting and perform the process at a 45-degree angle. The lubricated blade apparatus cutting is suitable for any working range in this system. Our machine makes cutting easier, does not damage the cutting tools and can provide ease even on the hardest materials. The EMHD model of our machine is designed to cut 100 mm thick materials. The powerful knife head, 3 kW router and quick tool change allow us to process large materials such as rubber, plastic and composite. The liquid cooling system and other cooling systems in our machine allow rapid use of the blades even at high speed.

Stationary Carrier Cutting System

Flex series carrier serves with strip feeding system. With the carrier belt system, the cutting of materials is done by the clamps fixed to the heads and the moving belt. It has the ability to cut layered hard materials.

High Brightness  Projectors

Thanks to overhead projectors with high brightness quality, it provides quality imaging in various environmental conditions. The use of LED lamps provides long life and low maintenance.
