It is a high-speed double-headed quilting machine with a fully automatic double feeding system, designed for the bedding and home textile industries.

 

It performs all processes of feeding with motorized rollers, quilt sewing, and fabric cutting for duvets.

 

The double feeding system allows quilting two rolls at the same time, also providing motorized width adjustment with a 20-second changeover time for single feeding mode. The double feeding system is highly practical not only for high-capacity sofa production but also for headboards. Quilting two rolls simultaneously doubles the production of sofas and headboards. Switching the feeding mode to a single roll allows quilting large home textile products as well as high-end luxury mattresses.
