The H-IRB-500 Horizontal Balancing Machine is designed to balance large, heavy workpieces like rotors, turbines, and fans. It can balance rotors weighing up to 500 kg with a maximum rotor diameter of 1100 mm, making it suitable for the most demanding industrial applications.
The machine comes standard with a Belt Drive Unit and a powerful 7.5 kW motor for precise balancing. The balancing program runs on a licensed Windows system that provides easy operation and tolerance calculations according to ISO 1940 standards. There is no need for recalibration between different types of rotors, allowing for efficient and smooth balancing operations.
Our expert team provides installation, training, and calibration, and each machine is delivered with a CE certificate. For specific workpiece requirements, an optional drilling unit can be added to provide even more versatility in balancing tasks.
