Hard Cover Attaching Machine / Sır Sm.007

It is used to attach covers to perfectly centered notebooks and attaches the cover with cut cover and stitched forms by manually feeding the 64 cm long cover and forms to the cut notebooks. Its daily capacity is 3000 units.

   The machine sticks at the point where the cover meets the forms with hot glue applied to the back of the forms with a 64-sized notebook. It automatically releases when the process is finished. The machine weighs 850 kg, has a 2.2 kw motor and a 1200 watt time-adjustable glue heater. The machine dimensions are 3000 cm in length and 100 cm in width. The working area is 3500 cm x 150 cm.
