• The wall panels and major components of the entire machine undergo aging treatment and are tempered to eliminate internal stress in the metal. All parts are produced using high-precision machining centers and ground by CNC machine tools.

• The positioning of the transmission parts (shafts and gear connections) is buttonless to eliminate connection gaps, which are suitable for long-term high-speed transmission with heavy load.

• The machine adopts a spray lubrication system.

• The entire machine is debugged and adjusted in the workshop, with fast, non-manual troubleshooting used. The electromagnetic locking system is set with pulleys and worms, and the debugging is fast and convenient.

• The phase adjustment of the computer touch screen is used for assembling the entire machine, and the entire group can be assembled using numerical control adjustment.
