The machine has both manual and automatic motion status models. When the paper quality is low, the manual model can be used and replaced. When using the manual model, space can be opened up and it is suitable for work.

The machine’s paper feeding unit is an independent system. It can be connected with die-cutting machines from other manufacturers. The machine is equipped with a spare part that can remove waste from the three edges and holes in the center of the die-cut sheet.

This machine has a powerful four-suction and four-feeding paper feeder that can adjust the suction angle through paper deformation and blow the paper separation device to facilitate paper separation.

The machine is equipped with an overload protection mechanism to prevent accidental overload and actively separates the die-cutting board frame, which effectively prevents sagging and replacement of the die-cutting board.

The main chain (Germany) adopts a heavy-duty and advanced transmission chain with minimum production errors, high tensile strength, and good wear resistance.

The electric control system is controlled by PLC and is equipped with various safety protection devices. In case of a malfunction, it can give an audible and visual alarm and automatically shut down, which truly guarantees the safety of both the operator and the machine.

The timing and quantitative automatic oil feeding system provides adequate lubrication for the machine's other moving parts and ensures long-term operation with fewer replacements.
