This machine is primarily used for corrugated paper that is no less than 3 mm thick.

There are two paper feeding paths, such as the pulling board and cart, which greatly increase work efficiency. It is equipped with a safe and reliable photoelectric detection device, ensuring fast and stable paper feeding.

The machine has an overload protection mechanism, which actively separates the die-cutting board frame in the case of accidental overload, effectively preventing the die-cutting board from sagging or falling.

The pneumatic lock plate mechanism uses an imported cylinder, with stable performance and easy, quick operation.

The electric control system is controlled by PLC and is equipped with various safety protection devices that provide audible and visual alarms in case of malfunction, and can automatically shut down, ensuring real human-machine safety.

The timing and quantitative automatic lubrication system can ensure the complete lubrication of other moving parts of the machine and ensure a long service life.

Scraping unit (optional). The new version of the transmission implements fixed die-cutting, pneumatic version locking, and pneumatic gripping in a quick and stable manner. The unique die-cutting board frame can effectively prevent sagging and falling of the die-cutting board.

High-precision servo motor control for precise positioning and stable paper feeding. The program and operations are enhanced to make the positioning of the corrugated paper side more accurate and smoother.

The automatic paper collection process is clean and tidy. The continuous paper distribution device increases efficiency. The continuous sampling mechanism allows for control of die-cutting mental delays at any time.

The complete waste cleaning system, central positioning system, automatic compression, and quick return are adopted. The chip removal rack motor-controlled lifting device is used. The system can automatically remove three, four sides, and middle waste to ensure clean and efficient production. A semi-waste removal system can be used to remove the desired part of the cardboard for clean and efficient waste removal.
