Monoray Rail Exterior Cleaning System
The Monoray is an aluminum rail with special connection feet for facade 50 buildings, allowing for horizontal and vertical movement of the facade cleaning system. It can accommodate a single or double person platform suitable for preference and building structure. The platform can move manually or automatically thanks to special movement wheels. Aluminum monorails are manufactured and installed according to the shape and length of the building facade.
Monoray support arms can be mounted from the front facade of the building, inside the parapet, from behind the parapet to the terrace floor, or below the eaves. Rails can be in natural aluminum color or painted as desired. All movements can be controlled from within the working platform. Vertical movement is achieved by a motorized climbing mechanism on the working platform. The 2 polyurethane facade wheels on the platform do not damage glass surfaces.
Double safety rope, safety lock system, and safety measures such as rope tension control provide a safe working environment. Operator errors are prevented by the overload detection system, bottom collision prevention bar, lower limit switch, and upper limit switch. Production and installation are done in accordance with European standards EN 1808.
General Introduction
In the Monoray system, the static and dynamic loads are calculated according to the architectural structure of the building, and the rail and console are placed inside or outside the wall panel in the most appropriate way.
