240 Kg 2-Person Rail Exterior Facade Cleaning System

This system will be used to reach the bottom and top of the glass skylights shown in the project. The carrying rails of the platform will be attached to the carrying steel or concrete structure of the vault with special steel legs to be anchored at 2 mt intervals. The carrying legs will be hot-dip galvanized. Rails will be determined according to the standards of the manufacturing company in the manner shown in the project.

The loads on the carrying legs and rails will be calculated by the manufacturer and submitted to the administration. The platform will perform horizontal sliding motion electrically on two parallel rails. The platform capacity will be 240 kg. The platform will be made of aluminum material. At the end of the work, the platform will be parked at a suitable finishing point of the vault. Access to the platform will be provided while in this parking position.

The required electricity supply for the platform will be provided by the employer. For the safety of the operators, each platform has a safety belt attachment hook and warning sign. Depending on the type of safety belt to be used, a system is available on the platform railings to allow the safety belt hooks to slide without detaching with the operator.
