Our wet wipe production machine works with an automatic system and uses water-resistant papers between 30-100 gsm such as nonwoven, air-laid paper, spunlace, which are wetted with cologne or perfume solution and an outer material such as OPP film, aluminum laminate film, laminated paper, aluminum film are combined, cut to desired size, moisturized, and packaged. This machine can be used especially in production lines that require high efficiency, producing products of various sizes simultaneously according to the production capacity by accommodating multiple requests.

Working Principle of Wet Wipe Production Machine

Preparation of Raw Material: Placing roll-shaped moistening suitable paper or nonwoven (non-woven fabric) into the production process.

Cutting and Folding: The fabric is cut and folded to the desired dimensions. Folding is done in a way that will make using the wipe easier.

Moisturizing: The folded wipe is applied with a moisturizing solution. These solutions generally contain components such as alcohol, water, perfume and have a disinfecting function. The moisturizing process ensures that the wipe is evenly moistened.

Packaging: The produced wet wipes are conveyed to the packaging unit. Here, they are automatically packaged. Packaging is done hygienically. Additionally, the packaged products are coded with production labels and made ready for the next process.
