This machine automatically performs both window opening, folding and gluing operations of cardboard boxes. Automatic Feeding: The processed cardboard of the boxes given the desired shape by printing is manually placed into the machine.

Folding and Window Process: A window is automatically opened by the machine at the desired location of the box. By placing transparent plastic films on these windows, the contents of the box are made visible. Afterwards, the folding and gluing process of the boxes is completed. This process is carried out fully automatically.

Hot and Cold Adhesive: The window plastic is fixed to the box with Hotmelt adhesive applied at a temperature of 200-400 degrees. Box edges are also glued with the Cold Glue system.

Working Principle of Window Box Forming Machine:

Material Feeding: Pre-printed and shaped boxes are fed manually, and the window area is cut with the printing or hotmelt system.

Folding: The folded box is shaped to the desired dimensions and PVC and PET films are placed in the window area.

Gluing: The edges and window areas of the box are glued. This process can be done with hot or cold glue.
