ErichHahn MB-25 Polymer Modified Bitumen Plant

ErichHahn MB-25 is designed for the production of polymer modified bitumen, enabling the production of all types of PMB and PG bitumen. This production meets domestic (GOST R 52056, GOST R 58400.1) and foreign (EN 14023) standards.

Function

Before starting the plant, the operator selects the ready recipes and enters a new component recipe into the control system if necessary.

The control system allows for the recording of all necessary recipes for later use. According to the selected recipe, components are automatically fed into the mixing reactor:

• bitumen, plasticizer, and liquid adhesive additives with pump equipment;
• additives (polymer, wax, sulfur, etc.) are dosed automatically from hoppers and transported with screw conveyors.

After mixing the components, the product goes to a colloidal mill for the grinding (homogenization) of undissolved polymer particles.

Afterwards, the product enters containers for maturation.

Extra Polymer Supply Unit

Optionally, an extra polymer supply unit can be added to the plant. The extra 2.7 m3 hopper accelerates the production process and ensures continuous production.
