The BMP-6 unit is designed for melting bitumen supplied in single-use containers and feeding bitumen plants. Melting and heating the bitumen to operating temperature is achieved through effective heat transfer.

Content and Operation Description
Hard bitumen blocks are loaded onto heated supports of the BMP-6 unit in two ways:
- by forklift
- by two electric hoists
The tube type (oily) heater consists of two circuits:
• General circuit designed to heat the entire unit;
• Individual circuit designed to heat a heating block.
