Automatic Truck Loading and Unloading Systems Station

The ErichHahn ATLU-2, 2-station version, is designed for the loading/unloading of heavy oil simultaneously. ErichHahn ATLU-2 provides a capacity of up to 2000 metric tons (80 tankers) per day.

Each station has a separate system for loading/unloading trucks. Two independent supply lines allow for loading two different product types simultaneously. An internal automatic control system records loading/unloading process data (temperature, processing time) and stores operational data.
 

ErichHahn ATLU Advantages

Each control panel is equipped with a touchscreen, contactless card reader, and stylus. This allows authorized users to control the process. Truck loading/unloading and weighing data can be automatically loaded into the company’s ERP system, facilitating accounting and shipment document preparation.

Product Unloading System

The unloading system allows for unloading petroleum products from trucks and delivering them to the tank farm. The unloading system includes unloading hoses, pump stations equipped with heavy oil filters, pipeline systems, closure valves, and instrumentation.

Loading System

The loading system loads petroleum products from storage areas onto trucks. The loading system is equipped with a loading arm, pipeline systems, closure valves, and instrumentation.

Control and Fire Alarm System

The control room and vehicle loading/unloading stations are equipped with an Automatic Fire Safety System (AFSS) based on smoke detectors, flame detectors, and call points. The AFSS system provides the following:
•  Detection of smoke or fire in the facility
•  Timely notification to personnel and evacuation management
•  Integration with the facility’s general AFSS
