200-350 TPH Crushing, Screening and Washing Plant

Our Fixed Crushing and Screening Plant with a capacity of 200-350 Tons/Hour consists of a 30 m³ vibrating feeding bunker, intermediate screen, CLK-110 width crusher, cone crusher, vertical shaft crusher, stock and return belts, control cabin, and automation system. Products transferred to the feeding bunker are separated from dirt and mud by the intermediate screen and bypassed with the bypass belt. The material on top of the screen goes to the width crusher, products on the second level fall onto the jaw discharge belt, and products on the bottom level are discarded as bypass. The width crusher has a maximum feeding feature of 800 mm and crushes the products, which first go to the washing screen. Here, the finest products are sent to the stock area with the spiral washer, and other products are sent to the cone crusher.  Products coming out of the cone crusher are sent to the other screen and vertical shaft crusher to obtain the desired

products in high quality from the final screen.
