Mobile Tracked Jaw Crusher with Vibrating Screen Stone Crushing Plant

FTJ 1175 Mobile Jaw Crusher, thanks to the intermediate screen located before the crushing chamber with speed-controlled vibrating feeder, separates dirty material before it enters the crusher, allowing clean and large material to enter the crusher and significantly increases the quality of the final product. With this system, many different stones such as granite, basalt, and limestone can be easily crushed.

In this setup, the material crushed by FTJ 1175 goes to the FTI 130 mobile impact crusher, where the customer obtains finer material. The sizes of the output material can be adjusted thanks to hydraulic adjustable jaws.  

After the FTI 130 Mobile Impact Crusher, the material is sent to the FTS 1560 mobile screen, and 3 different materials can be obtained simultaneously.
