ELITE.ULTRA is a 3-axis CNC machining center and wood lathe specifically designed for large-diameter and long-length turning operations. It allows for the machining of workpieces up to 5000 mm in length and 600 mm in diameter. The machine features 4 machining units: rough milling, detailed milling, sanding, and turning. Additionally, it can be expanded to 6 units by adding optional detailed sanding and saw turning units. ELITE.ULTRA secures the workpiece using a pneumatic cylinder, and the milling motor can be used both vertically and horizontally.

ELITE.ULTRA offers 4 machining units, which can be customized with 2 different configuration options. The machine is designed to be adaptable to meet the specific needs of the user. The elevator-style automatic loading unit enhances production efficiency, saves time, and prepares the next workpiece while the current operation is still ongoing. This system ensures fast and high-quality production.
