BRINE COOKING KETTLES

Cooking kettles are industrial equipment used for cooking purposes.
The cooking kettles produced by ASM Makina under the MilkMak® brand are made of stainless chrome material in accordance with AISI 3014/316 standards, suitable for complete hygienic sensitivity.
Kettles produced with a wall can be manufactured with a steam, stove, or resistance system working oil heating system.

The cooking kettles, which have an outer insulation layer made of polyurethane material, have an automation infrastructure.
High-pressure valves, electrical control panels, and temperature controls are solved with technological devices.
Cooking kettles manufactured for every capacity can also be used for cooling purposes.

Cooking Kettle Production Standards

Cooking kettles are specially manufactured according to the request and product. The mixers in cooking kettles are designed according to the product. There are options for central mixers, edge scrapers, high-speed mixers, and homogenizing mixers.

In cream cheese and labneh kettles, an injector can be attached to directly inject steam into the kettle. Kettles with injectors are provided with a steam filter.

Teflon scrapers are used in kettle scraping systems.

Produced in a vertical cylindrical shape. The kettle volume is produced according to request.

Kettles are ROLBONT system. Heating is done from the wall and bottom dome.
