Cheese Portioning Machine

It is a machine specially designed to portion the cheese dough coming out of the wet or dry boiling machine at the desired weight. It speeds up the production process by providing standard and homogeneous portioning, reduces product loss, and facilitates production under hygienic conditions.

Operation Principle & Technical Specifications

  1. Pouring the Dough into the Hopper – The boiled cheese dough is poured into the specially designed hopper to start the portioning process.

  2. Spiral Feeding System – Two spirals inside the hopper allow the dough to advance towards the portioning section without disrupting its structure.

  3. Hopper Heating System – The machine hopper is heated according to the temperature of the cheese dough, thus preserving the structure of the dough and preventing hardening or spoilage.

  4. Portioning Tubes & Cutting Blade Mechanism – When the dough fills the portioning tube and reaches the desired weight, the cutting blade comes into play and completes the portioning process.
