TECHNICAL INFORMATION Technical Specifications

Gluing+End+Scissors Unit

It has the gluing feature for PVC Melamine Paper materials with a thickness of 0.40 m. to 3.00 mm.

Independent of the pallet, the glue roller operates without waiting for the glue to heat, allowing separate use of the units

which will give you an advantage.

The glue heating time is 10-15 minutes, and when you start processing, the automatic band

feeding and scissor system will make your work easier

End Cutting Unit 

The end cutting unit performs the pre-cutting process without damaging the piece with its guide system.

It greatly facilitates your work with the ability to give an angle while cutting the PVC part.

The material feeding range is 500 mm.

Milling Unit

The milling units achieve to reduce adjustment time with their multi-point adjustments.

When switching from 0.40 mm to 2.00 mm adjustment, it can change the adjustment without waiting

with the help of a numbering tool.

Planing Unit

Planing units are used for 0.40 mm. planing.

It eliminates knife marks caused by impacts.

Polishing Unit

It removes color differences caused by knife impacts on the PVC by polishing.
