AISI 316 CrNi stainless steel boiled olives, peas, corn, etc.

Steam control is provided by a thermostatic valve.

Open and closed steam is suitable for direct or water (if desired at the same time), with a steam coil.

When the boiling water decreases, the warning system on the machine will start signaling. It automatically completes its own water.

The main top cover is motorized and can be opened and closed.

It has a coupled cooling and washing system operating parallel to the machine.
