Product Advantages;

  • NERVE SEPARATION FEATURE

  • After visible thick nerves on the meat are removed with a knife, the meat is cut into long pieces and thrown into the hopper. Before starting the machine, the adjustment nut on the nerve separation apparatus should be tightened to the right by hand and then loosened 1 or 2 turns, and the nerve separation tube should be pulled forward by hand. When the machine is running, as the minced meat comes out of the front mirror holes, the nerves and fibers of the meat exit as residue through the nerve tube separating the nerves. The meat is left with separated nerves at a rate of 3% to 6%.
