Description
- Produced from AISI 304 quality stainless steel.
- It has a gas cooling system with a capacity from 500 liters to 3000 liters.
- It has 3 walls and two compartments. The lower part is laser stitched cooling roller bonded. The existing body is steam and cooling water circulation roller bonded.
- The thickness of the 1st wall is 2.5 mm, the 2nd wall roller bond is 2.5 mm, and the 3rd wall insulation wall is 1.5 mm. It is insulated with high-density polyurethane.
- It has a motor with speed control device and reducer.
- It has a package type refrigeration unit operating with A404 gas at suitable capacity.
- It has a digital thermometer and speed control panel.
- It has a platform at the level of the ayran filling machine.
