GENERAL FEATURES

Information regarding usage can be saved in memory and used continuously.

Especially the belts and working parts are easy to disassemble, assemble and replace.
The speeds of all bands can be adjusted to the desired level.
Electrical and electronic malfunctions that may occur are warned with pictures and text on the PLC screen.

Average Roll bread dough and rolling capacity is 11,000 pieces in 1 hour.
Hamburger and pastry dough can be produced maximum 11,000 pieces per hour, and bagel and sandwich dough can be produced on average 7500 pieces/hour.
Since very little flour is used in cutting the dough, the dough surface is flourless.
Provides a clean working environment.
The amount of flour given to the cut dough can be adjusted.
The lubrication system is adjusted automatically during the dough cutting process.
Unlike other machines, it does not wear out the dough due to pressureless cutting.

LAYING (AUTOMATIC SORTING FROM PAN TO PAN)
It automatically settles into the pan or pan. After laying, it automatically goes out.
The pave opening distance is adjusted via the screen.
It automatically sorts the cut dough into the pan or pan of the desired size.
Pan dimensions should be reported in advance. For non-standard pans, the laying size varies.

Note: Since there are pneumatic pistons on the machine, air at a minimum pressure of 4 bar is required for the machine to operate.
