Baykon BX30D Plus

The BX30 Plus & BX30D Plus is a high-precision, multi-functional weighing indicator designed for use in wet, hygienic, and harsh industrial environments.

Standard operating modes of the BX30 Plus & BX30D Plus terminal include weighing, labeling, weight control, classification, automatic filling, peak hold, and dynamic weighing.

With three programmable keys, it allows practical, fast, and error-free operation. It features four different memory slots, each capable of storing 500 records for ID1, ID2, numeric tare, and product limit values. The system can be programmed to automatically assign other related records when a product is selected.

The BX30 Plus & BX30D Plus indicator offers advanced features, including eCAL (electronic calibration) and adjustments for loaded tank calibration.

It includes standard communication ports such as RS232C, RS485, RS422, USB, and Ethernet TCP/IP.

For PLC/SCADA integration, models are available with:

• Analog output
• EtherNet/IP, Profibus, Profinet, Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP, CANopen, EtherCAT, CC-Link, Powerlink
• 4 optically isolated inputs and 5 relay contact outputs for Digital I/O
