15 Liter Harmony Silicone Acrylic Exterior Paint

Product Description: Acrylic emulsion based, water-based exterior paint. It allows moisture to escape as it is vapor-permeable. It is resistant to moisture, water, and sunlight, with high opacity, alkali and chemical resistance. It adheres very well to surfaces with superior adhesion strength. It is easy to apply due to its spreading property on applied surfaces. It saves time and labor.

Usage Area: It can be used on all kinds of concrete, gas concrete, MDF, OSB, brick, brick, eternit, conventional plaster, and similar mineral surfaces.

Application Method: The surface to be applied should be cleaned from all kinds of oil, dirt, loose, and blistered layers, and a surface where the paint can adhere should be created on glassy and glossy textures. Concrete, rough concrete, and new plastered surfaces should wait for the setting time. PMR Exterior Facade Putty should be used for repairing hairline cracks and scraping. On freshly plastered, new and solid surfaces; PMR Exterior Primer should be applied as a single layer.

On old painted, very chalky, absorbent, weak, etc. loose textured surfaces, PMR Binder Primer should be used to saturate the surface to strengthen the floor. "Insulation primers should not be used in priming process. If it will be applied on cement-based decorative plaster used in the thermal insulation system, PMR Binder Primer must be used as primer. It should be thinned with water by volume 10-15% at least 24 hours after the priming process and applied in two coats, and at least 6 hours should be waited between coats depending on weather conditions. It should not be applied in rainy weather, on faces exposed directly and intensively to the sun. Intermediate coats of primer and paint should not be exposed to rain, frost, and dew.

Points to Note in Application:

• Paint should be stirred until homogeneous in the can before use.

• Surface problems may occur in applications made in environments below +5°C and above +35°C.

• A very thin 1 coat of transparent paint primer must be used on surfaces where repair mortars and putty are used.

• The transparent primer used should be applied in a way that does not leave a film thickness on the surface.

• Paint application should be done 24 hours after the transparent primer.

• Application surfaces should be dry and clean.

• Application should be made according to the specified application properties.

• Should not be thinned more than 20%.

• Waiting times between coats should be followed
