The main working principle is to shock and dry factory output welding powders by keeping them at high temperatures and preserving them until they are taken to the application point at low temperature.

Factory output welding powders will be shocked by being kept at 300°C-350°C for about 2 hours during the first use and will be left to rest at 130 °C. After the drying process, the welding powders should be taken to the application point as soon as possible in buckets using a bottom discharge system.
