100 Rod Manual Thermostat Controlled Electrode Drying Oven

The recommended capacity of 100 rods aims to dry electrodes of average size while opening like leaves and allowing air flow between them for easy processing.

This is not a maximum quantity. Depending on their diameters, there is a capacity of 150 or more electrodes.
The main working principle is to transport the electrodes after the drying process in the main ovens at factory output and to keep them at a certain temperature until the application points.

The dried electrodes, shocked at 350 °C in large ovens and rested at 130 °C, are transported in a protected manner to the application point, and at application points with electrical connections, they can also be manually adjusted to maintain the desired temperature level in the range of 50-200 °C.

It can be easily used with all types of electrodes.
