350°C Shock 130°C Resting Wheel-mounted Submerged Arc Drying Oven

The main working principle is to shock and dry factory output welding powders by keeping them at high temperatures and preserving them until they are taken to the application point at low temperature.

Factory output submerged arc powders will be shocked by keeping them at 300°C-350°C for about 2 hours during the first use and will be left to rest at 130°C. After the drying process, the submerged arc welding powders should be taken to buckets with a bottom discharge system and brought to the application point as soon as possible.

IT CONSISTS OF TWO SEPARATE SECTIONS THAT CAN BE CONTROLLED SEPARATELY. WHILE ONE SIDE IS RESTING AT 130 DEGREES, THE OTHER SIDE CAN BE SHOCKED AT 350 DEGREES. THE TOTAL CAPACITY IS 250 KG. UNDER NORMAL CONDITIONS, NEW POWDER CANNOT BE ADDED UNTIL THE PROCESS OF MOIST POWDERS THAT HAVE NOT BEEN COMPLETELY SHOCKED IS FINISHED. IN THIS OVEN, WHILE MOIST POWDERS ARE SHOCKED ON ONE SIDE, YOU CAN TAKE AS MUCH AS YOU NEED FROM THE OTHER SIDE AND LEAVE THE REMAINING TO REST. BOTH SIDES CAN BE ADJUSTED TO DESIRED TEMPERATURES BETWEEN 0-400 DEGREES.
