Developed for the vertical transportation and positioning of delicate materials such as glass, panels, marble, and ceramics, this is a pneumatic cylinder special vacuum handling system. With its strong structure, high level of safety, and balanced carrying capability, it offers an ideal solution for production and assembly processes.

In this model, the lifting operation is carried out with a custom-designed pneumatic cylinder. This allows for a more balanced lifting motion and minimizes any potential tilting during transportation. Materials can be automatically positioned and delicately placed between 0°-90°.

The system operates with compressed air, providing high performance without dependence on electricity. The PVL-600VT-PL, with a 600 kg carrying capacity, ensures a strong grip on large and heavy materials with 2+4 pieces of 290 mm diameter vacuum pads. Additionally, it meets height adjustment needs with an optional automatic lifting distance of up to 1000 mm.
