Oil Pumping Station with a Capacity of 150 M³/S (2000 Kg)

Oil pumping stations up to a capacity of 150 m3 per hour are designed to increase the pressure of the heat transfer fluid in pipelines and maintain various temperature conditions in certain parts of the oil heating system.

The pumping station is designed in compliance with the European standard EN 809 + A1:2009 + AC:2010 (Pumps and pump units for liquids – General safety requirements) and is equivalent to the Russian GOST EN 809-2017 standard.
Intended Use

The station consists of a pump unit, pipe filter (mesh filter), shut-off and control valves, measuring instruments, and a control cabin. All equipment is mounted compactly on a frame with safety protections. Removable thermal insulation is provided.

Pump Unit
The pump unit is a centrifugal pump mounted on the base plate of the station. The unit is operated with a 3-phase asynchronous motor. The pump capacity is controlled by a frequency converter.

A filter is used to filter the pumped product.

Measuring Instruments

The unit is equipped with pressure gauges along with pressure and temperature transducers. These devices are used in process control.
Control Valve

The control valve is used to automatically control the temperature of the heat transfer fluid according to the process conditions.

Control Panel
The monitoring and control modes of the pumping station are carried out using indicators, buttons, and switches located on the front panel of the local control cabin.
Remote control mode is provided based on digital interfaces.
