Redarti anodizing rectifiers are equipped with features that can control almost all parameters of an anodizing bath beyond being a normal rectifier. Basically, in the system operating by voltage control, the output voltage is applied with constant voltage control throughout the desired period by a special working program. An automatic micron calculation system specially developed for anodizing rectifiers automatically covers the desired micron thickness regardless of the number of parts. At the same time, an ideal anodizing process is achieved by controlling the bath temperature.

Coating Thickness Control The Redarti control system automatically detects the part surface placed in the pool and automatically calculates the required working time for the desired micron coating thickness. The operator only enters the desired thickness in microns and presses start. All other operations are automatically performed by the rectifier. Temperature Measurement The anodizing bath should be between 18 – 22 C. The pool temperature is measured by the rectifier and displayed on the panel. This provides ease of operation while eliminating the need for an external temperature measurement control system. Pool Temperature Control Upper and lower limits of the desired pool temperature are entered in the anodizing programs. The rectifier measures the pool temperature and checks its compliance with the specified range. When necessary, it activates the cooling system and automatically stops the system when the desired temperature is reached. Thus, there is no need for complex temperature control mechanisms. Recipe System The required working program for aluminum parts with different features is saved in the system memory as a recipe. The process can be started quickly by loading the recipe for the part to be coated. This eliminates the confusion of which voltage values to use for which part, ensuring consistent production standards. Functional Operator Panel The operator panel developed for anodizing rectifiers is touch-sensitive, colorful, and has a wide screen. All program features of the device can be defined on this screen. Calibration procedures can be performed and recipes can be prepared for parts. The operator panel, with IP65 protection class, is not damaged by environmental factors such as acid and humidity. It can be safely used for many years. PLC-Controlled System Redarti anodizing rectifiers have a PLC-controlled system. PLC control system, realized using industrial components, offers high durability and reliability. With its flexible programming features, it is an open solution for innovations. When synchronization of devices with an external system is required, it can easily be connected to any automation system.
