THE BURNER TG 803 A AGP is an electronic proportional controlled and Low NOx feature monoblock natural gas burner designed for high-capacity industrial heating applications. With a wide capacity range of 2700–7800 kW, it offers reliable, stable, and high-efficiency combustion performance in large-scale steam boilers, hot water boilers, thermal oil systems, and intensive process heating lines. Its structure, which can operate at 300 mbar gas pressure, is fully compatible with industrial natural gas infrastructures.

The electronic proportional (E. ORNS.) control system in the model allows for continuous and precise adjustment of the burner capacity according to the instantaneous heat demand. This structure provides a much more stable combustion character compared to classical staged systems. While temperature fluctuations are minimized, natural gas consumption is optimized, and the overall efficiency of the system is maintained at a high level. This control system provides a significant advantage for facilities operating under variable loads.

Low NOx combustion technology offers compliance with environmental regulations by reducing nitrogen oxide emissions generated during the combustion process. Thanks to the specially designed combustion head and optimized flame geometry, both environmentally friendly and high-efficiency combustion is achieved. Soot formation is kept to a minimum, and boiler efficiency is preserved.

The monoblock body design facilitates the assembly and commissioning processes by consolidating the fan, combustion head, and control equipment into a single compact structure. The high-capacity fan system works in synchronization with electronic proportional control to create a homogeneous air-fuel mixture across the entire capacity range.
