Your products are prepared in empty boxes without manual handling using the Fully Automatic Box Preparation Machine and transferred to the Box Filling Robot.

Products coming from the production line are automatically grouped in a formation suitable for box placement.

Products transferred to the Cartesian Robot are held using vacuum, gripper, or magnetic gripper systems with a custom fixture design specific to your products and filled into the box.

These processes are carried out without causing any damage to your products.

Optionally, you can place two or more layers of products inside the box and insert separator paper.

After your products are boxed, the Fully Automatic Box Closing and Taping Machine closes and tapes the top lids, completing your production.
