50+50 Kg Shock Cooling and Resting and Powder Under Drying Oven

The main working principle is to shock and dry the factory output welding powders by keeping them at high temperature and preserving them until they are taken to the application point at low temperature.

The factory output powder under powders will be shocked by being kept at 300°C-350°C for about 2 hours during the first use and will be left to rest at 130°C. After the drying process, the powder under welding powders should be taken to buckets with a bottom discharge system and brought to the application point as soon as possible.

IT CONSISTS OF TWO SEPARATE SECTIONS THAT CAN BE CONTROLLED SEPARATELY. WHILE ONE SIDE IS RESTING AT 130 DEGREES, THE OTHER SIDE CAN BE SHOCKED AT 350 DEGREES. ITS TOTAL CAPACITY IS 250 KG. UNDER NORMAL CONDITIONS, NEW POWDER CANNOT BE ADDED UNTIL THE PROCESS OF NOT FULLY SHOCKED MOIST POWDERS IS COMPLETED. IN THIS OVEN, WHILE MOIST POWDERS ARE SHOCKED ON ONE SIDE, YOU CAN TAKE AS MUCH AS YOU WILL USE FROM THE OTHER SIDE AND LEAVE THE REMAINING TO REST. BOTH SIDES CAN BE ADJUSTED TO THE DESIRED TEMPERATURE BETWEEN 0-400 DEGREES.
